Vegan Salmagundi - $8.00 – This vegan sandwich contains many elements and flavors that combine into something absolutely amazing! Fluffy focaccia bread houses a thick layer of hummus topped with crunchy walnuts. That is topped by a three pronged assault of pickled goodness. First up is a smattering of house made pickled carrots with cumin seed followed by house made pickled roasted beets with star anise and coriander and finally a beet infused sauerkraut from the pickling masters at The Brinery. This sounds crazy. True. Crazy like a fox.

Vegan Red Lentil Chickpea Salad - $8.00 – Our yummy Sunflower Rye bread with a filling made of red lentils, chickpeas, red pepper, carrots, celery, nutritional yeast, gherkins, tahini, salt, and pepper. We add a handful of sprouts for some crunch and that makes for one tasty vegan sandwich!

Vegan BBQ Sweet Potato Sando - $9.00 – Shredded Organic Sweet Potatoes sautéed in olive oil with salt and pepper then tossed with a delicious BBQ sauce. We take this tasty concoction and top it with a house made cilantro mustard slaw and serve it on focaccia bread. Yes.

Sunflower Rye - $6.50 – Our sunflower rye is something to write home about! The crumb is studde with sunflower seeds and cracked grains of rye. This bread is hearty and substantial and very healthful. The toasty sunflower seeds on the outside are my favorite part! This loaf makes the very best toast.

Semolina - $6.00 – Perfect for sandwiches for the family! The addition of semolina flour gives it the best flavor. We love it for PB and Js.

Country Loaf - $6.50 – This naturally leavened loaf has a touch of rye flour to give it a wonderfully earthy flavor profile. It tends to have a holey interior and it great served with soups or stews.

Ciabatta - $3.50 – An Italian loaf made to accompany a saucy pasta meal. Also, great for ripping and dipping in a good olive oil.
